Window Masters PVC-U products are manufactured from impact modified PVC compound specially formulated for the exacting requirements of windows and doors.

The formulation has a high degree of thermal stability and gives a silky smooth finish and an excellent resistance to impact. The extrusion process is carefully monitored to ensure that profiles are produced with minimum in-built stress.

The weathering and colour fastness of the product has been proven by laboratory testing and by exposure in the field throughout the world in many different climatic conditions.

Specification:
Window Masters PVC-U windows and doors are manufactured from multi-chambered impact modified PVC-U and are available in white, wood grain and light oak finishes.

All joints on outer and inner frames are fully welded. Joints are shadow grooved ( except wood grain and light oak frames which have seamed corner joints ).

Reinforcing is added for extra structural strength and stability and for securing ironmongery where necessary. Window Masters PVC-U products are manufactured to stringently observed quality standards. PVC-U profiles are extruded in accordance with the recommendations of BS7413.

Steel reinforcing is manufactured from hot dipped galvanised mild steel cold rolled sections to BS 1449 ( material ), BS 2989 ( coating ) and BS 2994 ( forming ).
